Elevate’s values are We Innovate, We Deliver, and We Care. Our efforts around our environmental, social, and governance impacts are among our work to live those values. To help ensure accountability and transparency, we detail the results of those efforts in our recently published ‘Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 2022’. We want our stakeholders – our people, partners, and customers – to know what we have accomplished and the work ahead.

The report’s introduction provides an overview of our ESG strategy and its impact. Nevertheless, we want to share some of the most notable items:

Environment: As part of our sustainability goals, we conducted an environmental impact assessment (EIA) that confirmed that Elevate is not a substantial polluter. The EIA highlighted areas for improvement, and we are encouraged that for 2022, the EIA projects a 52% reduction in total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from 2019, including an 80% reduction in commuting GHG emissions.

Social: Elevate strives to continuously improve our customers’ experience with our solutions and the people behind them. To that end, we evaluate our people’s experience; this includes maintaining an authentic connection with our workforce by collecting feedback, showing commitment to their growth, and providing opportunities for training and development so they can advance in their careers.

Governance: Elevate’s systematic approach to our operations fosters strong governance and reporting vis-à-vis regular audits and seamless integration of information security and management systems. We continue to make progress on the formal Strategic Sustainability program launched in early 2020 to weave all our initiatives and activities together.
