About Me
Jack is VP, Consulting and heads Elevate's global legal consulting practice. He joined Elevate in 2014 from Barclays where he led the strategic change agenda for their global in-house law department. Previously Jack worked as a strategy consultant for over 15 years in the financial services sector, initially for PwC Consulting and subsequently specializing in legal services as a partner at a boutique consulting firm. Jack has worked extensively with magic and silver circle law firms and major in-house law departments. His experience covers both the development of in-house operating models for legal practice areas and operations teams, as well as extensive experience in all aspects of external counsel management. He also has experience setting up shared service centers onshore and offshore. All his work is grounded in an understanding of the change management required in a legal services environment to successfully implement new models. Jack holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Durham.
