About Me
Marilyn is Director, Legal Services and Sales at Elevate and oversees implementation of matters by leveraging her unique legal process subject matter expertise. Prior to joining Elevate in 2014, she served as Vice President Legal Services for Pangea3 where she led a legal team and managed projects including document reviews, multi-jurisdictional research, contract drafting, risk management and compliance matters, and contract life-cycle management/abstraction. Previously, Marilyn was an associate with the Philadelphia-based law firm Dilworth Paxson, where her practice focused on complex litigation. Marilyn's proven expertise in offshore project management combined with practical law firm experience informs her provision of consultative legal project guidance to law departments and law firms around the world. Marilyn received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
