Arnold is a Product Manager at Elevate, overseeing the design and enhancement of Cael applications. His technical skills and understanding of business drivers and their financial imperatives are key assets when working with customers implementing their LPM systems. Prior to joining Elevate in 2016, Arnold began his career nearly 30 years ago as a lawyer with a large Sydney law firm, and from there developed his interest in technology and business systems. He joined IBM and initially worked on legal aspects of public sector large system tenders, and eventually in the then-emerging field of document imaging system implementations. He later joined a leading document management systems company and worked at their head office in California with their Professional Services group. On returning to Australia in the early 2000s, he worked in the funds management sector as a Senior Business Analyst before returning to the legal industry, leading the Business Analysis and Testing Team at law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where he became familiar with Cael Project software. Arnold holds a bachelor of science in computer science and a law degree from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
