About Me

Vince is Director, Strategic Analytics at Elevate, and advises law departments and law firms on reporting solutions and innovative ways to communicate with analytics. With over 10 years’ experience, Vince works closely with customers to develop and execute strategies in the areas of legal operations, legal spend management, pricing and profitability, project management, contract lifecycle management, litigation services, flexible resourcing, and data analytics. Vince is an active member of Elevate’s Synergy team, where he participates in diversity and inclusion initiatives design to create an open and inclusive company culture. Vince previously worked for Baker McKenzie, where he collaborated with law firm management in more than 30 countries across a variety of financial and operational initiatives.  He also held positions at KPMG and PwC, where he delivered complex transactional due diligence and advisory services. Vince graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he received a bachelors and a master’s degree in accounting.
