About Me
Swapnil is the Director of Learning and Development at Elevate with over 16 years of cross-functional experience in talent management and digital transformation. He started his career with Integreon where he helped build their global training department from the ground up. Swapnil joined Elevate in 2014 and wears multiple hats: he helped set up the People Operations team, built the Learning and Development function, been the chief architect of our entire suite of human capital management software and serves as a digital transformation consultant to different parts of the business.
