About Me

Courtney is Director of People Engagement at Elevate. She leads efforts to design and implement strategies to foster a sense of Community, Purpose, Autonomy and Mastery for Elevate Associates and plays an integral role in developing the "Elevate Workplace of the Future.” This initiative ensures each team member feels a sense of connection and belonging in an Elevate culture that is both welcoming and rewarding; both amplifiers for high performance. Courtney has 20 years of professional experience in various corporate roles spanning Sales, Business Development and Operations. Most recently she owned her own Travel and Events business, focused on creating experiences to connect and inspire people. She grew up in Los Angeles, California and is now based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Courtney has a degree in Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
