About Me
Kim is a Director in Elevate’s Consulting practice, with over 15 years' experience in the fields of project/program and change management, process improvement, business development, and business/IT alignment. Passionate about people, and data-driven decision making, Kim develops plans for efficient execution, balancing analytics capabilities with an emphasis on running change practices in parallel to all transformations. She further serves as a PT Adjunct Professor in the Technology Graduate School, Illinois State University. Prior to joining Elevate in 2019, Kim led the Strategic Accounts team as Director for LexisNexis Risk, where she built the client-facing practice model for Fortune 50 customers; replicating to develop a program spanning US and International geographies. Kim's industry experience spans technology, insurance, financial, healthcare, manufacturing, legal, and governmental. She holds an MBA in Management and Quantitative Methods as well as PMBOK and Agile-based (CSM, SAFe), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci’s ADKAR certifications.
