About Me
Wilfried is a Director of People Engagement and co-leads initiatives dedicated to assessing, developing and implementing strategies to foster a sense of community, purpose and performance among our global community. To do this, Wilfried focuses on transforming our company culture through strengthening leadership, relationships and promoting personal fulfillment to foster a more engaged community and enhanced company performance. Before joining Elevate, Wilfried had 16 years’ professional experience as a business lawyer where he held in-house lead responsibility for legal, compliance and risk management in various industries, including textiles, aerospace and most recently mining at Rio Tinto where he served as Corporate Counsel EMEA. In 2019, Wilfried graduated from the EM Lyon Business School (France) with an Executive MBA, focusing on innovative management and organizational strategy. He also holds a master’s degree in business law from the Aix-en-Provence Law School, France.
