About Me
Michele is Managing Director, Contracts Services at Elevate and is responsible for leading a team of experienced legal professionals in delivering global contract support services to customers across Elevate’s portfolio. Michele has over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession and has been focused on both buy and sell-side contracting since 2009. Prior to joining Elevate in 2019, Michele was at Hewlett Packard Company, where she led the field legal team responsible for closing $1 billion in annual software and services for the US and Canada, implemented contracting policies and process improvements as the team’s scope increased, and supported the enterprise security products business. Michele is also an accomplished commercial litigator and bankruptcy attorney having obtained many successful court decisions, settlements and creditor recoveries over the course of her career. Michele is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars and received a juris doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was the Articles Editor for the Hofstra Law Review.
