Treena is a Talent Manager for ElevateFlex based in London.
Treena’s background is in Talent Acquisition and has 15 years’ experience in Financial Services recruiting in diverse and complex environment. Most recently, Treena managed the permanent recruitment at ICBC Standard Bank, advising the business and performing recruitment up to MD level across all the functions (from Technology, Legal through to Front Office) within the Bank. As Lead for the recruitment function she was driving the policies, process implementation, systems upgrade, reporting, and stakeholder management, both internally with stakeholders and externally with our candidates.
Treena will be continuing our focus on building, managing, and actively engaging with our talent community, additionally ensuring we have the right type of skills and experience in lawyers for future customer requirements. We want further our efforts in proactively sharing profiles of skilled lawyers to our customers and reducing our overall time to place. Treena will be working alongside the Engagement Managers to support the deployment of lawyers onto customer engagements.
