In her role leading consulting engagements, she works with customers to optimise their use of people, process, data, and technology solutions to meet the full spectrum of their needs. Rachel joined Elevate in September 2021, having previously worked in Innovation and Transformation at Ashurst and Herbert Smith Freehills. Prior to that, Rachel spent 11 years in Investment Banking, leading Transformation, Change, and Innovation initiatives in London, Paris, and New York. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts (majoring in International Business) from the University of Northumbria, UK. Rachel is an APMG Change Management Practitioner.
